Returns and exchanges


The important thing is that you agree with your purchase, but if not, nothing happens: you have ten business days to change or return your order, counting from the day of receipt.

To make the change or return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Of course, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the return shipping will be at your expense, except when the return is due to the product being damaged.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

 

  • The deadline for making a return or exchange is within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels.
  • Once we receive the package in the studio, we process the return. You will be refunded the value of the product by the same medium in which it was  made (paypal or credit card).
  • Custom, custom or Sale items can not be returned.
  • Changes may be made for a product of equal or greater value. In case of greater value, they must pay the difference.
  • To make a change you must write an email to the following address must@misspiccolo.com and will explain the steps to follow.
  • In case of not having stock of the desired product if a change is required, the corresponding return will be processed.


It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which we send them to you. Otherwise (in case we receive the product dirty, damaged, stained, ect ...) will not be made any refund of the product, being the only possible solution a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be in charge of the customer and the deadline for claims is fifteen business days from the notification by us.
